Our Company purchased a press brake and Shear from Pinnacle Manufacturing, it was brokered by Dan Roberts of Diamond State Machinery, we were required to make a $30,400.00 deposit and we would have the machines in 2 months that was in April.
In October I went to North Carolina and showed up at Pinnacle Manufacturings facility (I even took pictures of (2) press brakes that he said they were building. I got the story of how OCA was holding up production and now they were working on finishing our Press Brake. We were fed a constent diet of lies that I did some investigating on my own of this guy.
Pinnacle Manufacturing has a long history of ripping off people, the Corporation according to the Rockingham County court of records was desolved 12/17.
This guy has been creaping around the law long enough. There are at least a dozen people he has stolen money from and he now needs to go to jail.
Our company is financial screwed with out these machines.
Both Matherly and Roberts need to be stopped.
