This also happened to me. I signed up for the $ 1.98 for the CD, but never recieved it. I went through the website that didn't state upfront about the trial membership and then charging your account $ 69.95. I also recieved a call from a grant university rep right after I signed up online for the CD and I specifically asked them if $ 1.98 was all they charged, there would be no other charges from them in the future. She told me yes, only $ 1.98. I never recieved the CD and then a Month later they charged my card. I contacted the grant university and they refused to refund the $, I spoke to both a rep and a supervisor. Then today I went to my bank and they will not dispute this as it is on the website in very tiny print. This is infurating, This has caused me to get overdraft fees and we already need to get a new car and right before Christmas. I will never do business with this company again, and most likely will find another bank also.
