They offered Acai' berry maxx free with 5.95 and shp and hand 4.95 they took 79.95 without my permission from my debit card

I ordered Acai Berry Maxx on line for free except 5.95 plus shipping and handling. For 30 day supply if you want to buy after 30 days you pay 79.95. I only had the product since 11/27/08 and 12/04/08 they took 79.95 from my debit account without my permission. I want my money back. I do plan to sue them.
