I was highest bidder at a auction hired by US Bank and was told the bank approved the bid went to all the trouble of getting the loan, finding someone to rent my house, packing, the whole bit then was called and told it was a clerical error and they did not sign any contract yet. I did have a contract with the auction people.US Bank told me I could raise my bid and they would consider it. I have contacted my lawyer and congressman and 3 on your side. Hopefully something can be done. They should not be able to play like this. My deposit of 2500 was also cashed. I am very upset and would never do any business with this bank or recommend them.
