I can not find canadian information that they said i would find, i even typed my name in an nothing

I ordered online and within minutes i knew i had ben ripped off. I could not find the canadian facts that i was searching. I even typed my own name in and got a facebook address. I could do that on my own. That is all they could come up with. This company is not worth dealing with. I want my money back.
