I was approached by a couple of yahoo's representing the above company, I guess I looked like a dumb sucker to them, this was at a local gas station, they gave a now familiar story about left over equipment, their 'boss' didn't want to pay to have it shipped back from the factory, etc, in hindsight and after I was able to view other reports I was able to view this for just what it is. It seemed too good to be true, and the guy was too high pressure. I called the local police later and the officer I spoke with seemed disinterested, possibly what they are doing here is not technically illegal, but I guess selling me a piece of blue sky isn't either? The two characters 'representing' the company were driving a pick up that was clearly theirs w / a handy dandy magnetic sign for Titan Industrial slapped on it, their truck was licensed in the state of Illinois, I wish i'd photographed it. If I see them around again I will.
