I purchased the most expensive Pedi paws the company offers on their website. I know I at least got my product but, it is absolute pure JUNK!!! I immediately tried contacting them at their customer service site: [email protected] telling them it was junk and I wanted a refund or would make several reports against their company. I have tried several times since then and have as yet to receive any kind of response. I know they have a 30 day return policy but, I couldn't even get a response the first day I received it from them. Now when I try their customer website, it does NOT WORK. So, save your money and heartaches and take your little pals to the vet for their grooming needs. It will be less stress on you; and the idea with Pedi Paws was to be less stress and pain for pets and owners. The motor is so weak as soon as you lightly touch it to the nail, it comes to a complete stop.
