I receieved the product 13 and 15 days after I ordered it. I have been charged 3 times from total clease and twice for the acai berry. They were supposed to be 5.95 a piece for the trial and when i got the product there was no invioce for me to call and cancel i have tried phone numbers that i got off the internet and They dont even ring the phone just hangs up. I am a widow w 3 kids my husband passed in May. I Lost my job in october after being there almost 2 years and I live off the social security for now. I cant afford to be charged multiple times if you can tell me what to do please help i am on my way to the bank. I am so upset and this will make me NEVER order something online again. I just wrote an email to oprah because I ordered it because of the advertising on her website. Wish me luck!
