LG Software Innovations 1 Click DVD Copy
Software did not work, insulting and bad tech support, no response when refund requested

Software never copied DVDs. Tech support people suggested cleaning the DVDs, trying other DVDs, and various other unhelpful suggestions. When I stated that I was tired to emailing back and forth and dissatisfied with the product, I requested a refund. My refund request was not responded to, and I cannot reach the company by email any longer.
