After I saw numerous complaints on here I cancelled the order I had placed on 11/11/08 immediately the same day with the result of getting a mailer demon stating host not found. Never got a cd in the mail, today i see a charge of $69.95 on my bank account.
I tried to call GRANT FUNDING SEARCH, with the result of getting a voicemail.
I call my bank explain what happend and they get somebody on the phone named Abey or Ave via three way, I tell Abey or Ave the situation that I canceled the same day, and sent two emails which resulted in mailer demons. And the website has no host. The lady from the bank documents the issue.
Abey/Ave agrees to issue a full refund but claims she would have to call me back to confirm the refund. The lady from the bank asked why the confirmation number for the refund could not be issued, we did not get a clear answer on this question.
According to the bank we have to give them a 30 day grace period to refund the money, if not the bank will take further action.
Do not fall for this scam, I am glad I called my bank right away, and I am hopeful to get my money back.
