On the day of 11/13/08 I was a victim of an automobile accident I was rear ended and my 2002 honda oddysey van was totaled as a result of this accident the driver was sited for no license and driving with undue care progressive claimed there client was at fault they called me on 11/14/08 and asked what I was planning to do I told them I was not in my right state of mind to make any decision at that time at which time Kim stated my van was totaled and that she would offer me 8,000 I explained I had alot going on and could not make decisions at that moment she kept pressuring me about the offer mentioning they would not pay for the storage that I had to make a decision know at which point I explained my father had just passed away on the 5th and I had just gotten back from laying him to rest in Texas I explained I was also going through a difficult divorce she kept pushing and told me if I did not accept there offer she would not rent me a car and she didnt the next days she was not available and left kory to attend to me he stated the same as kim it was not until I talked to Nathan the story changed only when I asked him for the consumer complaint number at which time he railroaded me and insisted if there was anything he could help and never gave me the number progressive left me stranded for four entire days 11/14/08 11/15/08 11/16/08 11/17/08 I asked Kim to give me the name 0f her supervisor at which time she hesitated and reluctantly gave me his name I spoke to Nathan and explained the situation with Kim at which time he claimed it was a misunderstanding I explained it was no misunderstanding that she new exactly what she was doing he then stated they would rent me a car only for three days and he also insisted on the 8,000 dollar offer I told him if I got a heart attack I was going to hold them responsible that I was going to put it in writting I explained that they were putting me through to much stress and that I was not ready and that I was under mental health services at the time going through theraphy for deppression they kept pressing me causing me to have a nervous break down up to date they are not working with me I am without a car with my two teenagers they rented me the car on 11/18/08 returned on 11/21/08 with this I close and hope someone can help me
