I have not given this company permission to continue to debit my credit card or permission to continue billing me for acai berry on a monthly basis

I have tried various methods to try contacting this company, because they are billing my credit card monthly for a product I am not happy with and want to discontinue. There is no email information for this company nor a phone number that I can reach them at. Can you help?
