I sent for a free sample. I recieved a full order and was billed 40 dollars twice. To return the order you have to have a confirmation number which you have to call and get. When I called, there is a 70 minute waiting period for an agent. They are also going to charge a re-stocking fee for something I didn't enen order. When I sent for the free sample nothing in the advertisment said anything about an automatic shipment coming each month because I looked close for this. If you could helpme I'd sure appreciate it. I'm a senior citizen and can't afford to have this happen every month. I've been billed for two months now. Thank You. Holly Hulse
