I did order a trial product from this company. Central Coast Nutraceuticals, and so, opened a trial period for "membership" if I liked the sample. If not, I was to be able to drop the membership.
When the trial order, ($1 plus $4.95 SH), arrived, it included two unordered products and my credit card had been billed for $45.85. That is $39.90 of stuff I did not order and do not want.
This company does not answer their phone. Ever. A machine tells me they are busy, plays 2 songs and disconnects. I have spent many hours trying, all hours.
I do not know how to drop the unwanted membership, not how to get my money back. I am afraid more unorderd stuff will keep coming as an automatic part of this never-ending membership.
