Yacht theft key west
After the theft of our yacht and the gentleman they sold the stolen yacht to was refunded his money the crooks hired a maritime scumbag attorney bob mc intosh in miami florida. Several days after the false arrest of vessel my attorney called me telling me mc carthy the guy who was sold the stolen yacht unknowingly was in negotiations with mc intosh to buy the yacht. I thought something was very fishy so i called kevin mc carthy owner of amelia river cruises and asked him what was going on. He told me that was very untrue and why would he buy a yacht again he knew was illegally stolen from us. I told mc carthy what paul ansel said and he said that was a damn lie. I asked mc carthy to take part in a three way call to paul ansel so he could hear the lies, i also tape recorded the call for evidence.
After immediately calling paul ansel he told me again mc carthy was in fact going to buy the vessel from mc intosh (this time mc carthy was quietly on the phone listening) he also told me he was going to pay 71,000 for it after ansels surveyors said it wasnt worth 10k after the fire and flood damage to it while in the criminals hands. I asked him why would i stand by and alow this poor guy to buy a trashed yacht for 71k? Ansel kept telling me to assure mc carthy it was a good deal. When i asked paul ansel what benefit this would have for me he said none.
For those of you reading my own damn attorney was lying about mc carthy going behind my back to re purchase the stolen yacht then he was trying to get me to tell mc carthy it was a great deal. And not a dime was going to me ansel's client.

Today i soke to eric ansel paul brother with ansel, bunsic and miller. Eric said he was aware of his brothers unethical/illegal tactics he trie using while representing me but tried to say he wasnt part of his firm. Doing research i found this
