United Yachts Tom Thomas, Aka United Yacht Sales Tom Thomas
Lied - falsely stated facts-slander - misrepresentd-unethical practices

United yachts tom thomas lied to cover up facts his company was involved in illegal yacht sale. My family was screwed by united yachts when they went behind our backs and took part in the sale of our stolen yacht they knew was stolen. Recently my inside source told me brokers throughout the county were told by peter schmidt to lie in order to get the business. I called tom thomas and within several minutes he seriously falsified facts. Here is a back up e mail i had him send me confirming the conversation on the phone

Thanks for the heads up. If this is the same character from Ohio, he had a boat with an enormous amount of back storage due. Apparently, the boat yard tried repeatedly to contact the owner including with registered mail. Then the Coast Guard stepped in and authorized an auction with the proceedes going to the yard to clear up the sale. The former owner was sore about it and started to slander the broker and United Yacht Sales in every web site he could. United Yacht has been exonerated and he was removed from most of the sites. Our guess is that he has started up again and may be using a new email address.

At any rate, I sure appreciate your input and will forward your links to our office in Stuart Florida. Meanwhile, I will try to find the information from our earlier confrontation with this guy and will send it along to you for your reading.

As everyone knows the coast guard doesnt step in when thieves steal someones yacht and try and sell it.in fact their own customer kevin mc carthy they took to this auction will confirm these statements are false.

Also tom thomas told me by phone united yachts won a big lawsuit against the poster (me) and that never happened also

Do you want a company that has been involved in the sale of their own customers stolen yacht to represent you buying or selling a yacht?

Do you want a broker that makes up lies in order to make his company look innocent?

Then you dont want united yacht sales

As you can see here are lying statements made by this broker
