I too was taken by these people, who claim to be Legal Help! They Legally help themselves to your money!!! I was Promised a refund by Mr. Bernard, who probably no longer works there!
I had written a letter and faxed it to Customer Service @ 1-888-582-4925. The Fax went through (I still have confirmation letter that it was sent and received). Now the Fax number no longer works, like ALL the numbers I have for ALL the people I had, at one time or another, spoke with!!! Operations Manager was, Jasmine Ewing-303-759-4045, the person handling my case was Yasmine Watson, Paralegal-303-758-3907, Office Manager was, Nancy Perez-303-991-5745, After them, it was a Woman named Jay 303-991-5746, Rhonda Krause-866-832-0215, Rhonda Leeds-303-758-8622, Marty-303-991-5872 and then Malcolm, who answered Nancy Perez's phone over the weekend when I called and he said HE was working on my REFUND as we spoke! I am still waiting for my check, I guess it got lost in the mail!!!
Yasmine Watson was the one in charge of doing my paperwork. She PROMISED to have me the paperwork that I needed to carry to the court (Juvenile), no later than January 5! I did get some paperwork on January 31! Nothing on the paperwork was correct, My Grandson's last name (which I printed on the papers I had to fill out) was even spelled wrong! I still have copies of that, also! These people are thieves!!!
These people stole my $800.00 and did nothing but change every e-mail, phone number, even their Fax number, so HONEST, trusting people could not reach these thieves! I'm on a fixed income and if I knew then, what I know now, I would have went to a local REAL Lawyer, in the first place!!!
I did get my Grandson, June 24, LEGALLY, no thanks to that so called "Legal Aid Nationwide"! They should be called "RONS" (Rip Offs Nationwide Services)!!! One day they will have to pay it back, to a higher person. God knows what they are doing to innocent, trusting people! Come Judgement Day, they will be before the main Judge, that's really what matters most!!!
