A Smooth talking teen came to my door, spent $185 and no mag's after 7mos and no one answer's their phones. Big rip off!

Back in April had a teenage girl come around selling mag's from this company in which i purchased 3 mag's spending 185.00. Have never recieved one yet. Tried many time to reach someone at number provided with no success, they just don't answer their phones. How does a person get anything resolved?
