I went to Nicole Javaherian a few years ago. She made me sign a long log with different colored pens, basically signing for treatments I did not receive. She assured me in the beginning that this will speed up the process of getting the money from the insurance company for my treatment and I could come as often as I wanted to get treatments until the pain and numbness is gone.
I trusted her so I signed. A while later, I noticed I am not seeing any difference in the numbness so I asked her what she thinks it might be and she said it's nothing and to come for treatment. After a short while of going to her and still not feeling any better, I asked her again why the numbness is not going away. Her answer was that she could not do anything else for me! At that point she had ripped off the insurance company, pretending she had taken care of my injuries and because she had me sign a paper, she simply said she could not do anything for me and that it'll get better.
Well, after over 5 years I still have the same numbness. I've been hoping it would go away and it hasn't. Finally, I went to a real chriopractor who said that the numbness is most likely due to the fact that one or more of disks are not aligned (due to the accident) and that Nicole Javaherian should have done a MRI right away and as soon as I had reported the numbness - especially that she saw that the numbness was not going away.
Nicole Javaherian NEVER even mentioned anything about MRI or the possibility that the numbness could be due to misalignment of the disk due to the accident. What kind of a doctor does that to a patient? One that does NOT CARE AT ALL ABOUT HER PATIENT'S HEALTH!
SHAME ON YOU DR. NICOLE JAVAHERIAN! Just to pocket more money from the insurance company, you LIED TO ME! You said there is nothing else you could do for me and that the numbness would go away. It's 5 years later and I've been living with this numbness every single day, BECAUSE YOU LIED AND YOU SAID THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THAT COULD BE DONE ABOUT IT!
People like Nicole Javaherian should not become doctors. She ripped me off and she ripped off the insurance company as well. After so many years, I found out that she lied just to make more money for herself. I don't know how Nicole Javaherian sleeps at night, knowing that she should have directed me to get a MRI and instead told me nothing could be done - just to put more money in her own pocket!
Someone needs to revoke Nicole Javaherian's license. Chiropractors like Niloofar Nicole Javaherian only hurt patients by their lies and lack of care about their own patients. Now, so many years later, I have to do an MRI and pay OUT OF POCKET, because Nicole Javaherian did not bother to tell me that I should do an MRI.
Shame on you nicole javaherian! I don't know how you can sleep at night, and it's obvious that you'll never stop hurting your patients with your lies! Money seems to be more important to you than treating your patients they way you should be! You put money before your patients' health! Shame, shame, shame on you!
I have God on my side and he'll take care of everything. You on the other hand should fear God for playing with your patients' health.
Insurance Fraud is one bad thing, but lying to patients and not treating them correctly to the point that it affects their daily lives is another. Nicole Javaherian is nothing but fraud dressed in a doctor's outfit. What a joke!
