Last judgement over 6000.00 back arrears and hasn't made payments since 2003

Last time I went to court and got a judgement on him he owed over 6000.00 back arrears and he was supposed to pay a monthly amount and a payment on back support also. That lasted 6 months of 03 and nothing since. He is a true dead beat. He has switched Casinos in Tunica to OK and back... True dead beat. Shame because he missed out on 18 years of joy because of it. MY son will gradulate withj Honors this year... No thanks to him
