Refuses to call back does not answer phone takes monies out of account after cancelation California

I taped the conversation to which the gentleman quoted. Our lawyers know exactly what to do in this situation. We wanted a DNA test and it turned into visitation and every else. When we call up they have people there that say you are not the only unhappy clients and someone will get back to you. They never do. They hang up on you and continue to take money out of your account even when you cancel... It took them just about a month for a simple paper to get a DNA and said it had to go back to the LAWYER for further doc...
