A summons was issued and date stamped Oct. 6. The summons had a 14 day reply time frame. Documents were not delivered by a Coffee County Sheriff Deput until the 16th day and at 10:30 PM. Court was held without any acknowledgement from the Court system. However that document was date stamped Oct. 31 with a 7 day response time. This letter was not postmarked until Nov. 4 and was received until Nov. 6th which was the 7th day.
Got another letter date stamped Nov. 7 which was postmarked Nov. 10 and delivered through the mail on Nov. 13. At 4:30 PM the Sgt. Sheldon of Coffee County Sheriff Dept. Called to inform that we had to be move by Saturday Nov. 15 by 4 PM. However we are suppose to have 7 days to move.
