What a rip olff this was. We picked this up on a time share visit to the Sedona Pines Resorts. We had been told that we could use the weeks in the Durango CO area-no such luck. We are both working and gave them numerous dates when we could go-never an opening. I even tried to get to Palm Springs, CA in the summer-nothing open! I can't imagine that there was nothing open in Palm Springs in the summer. Since we only had one year to use our coupons, it was a big waste of our money. It was also very frustrating to get the note saying there was nothing available.
