I have just had the same situation occur with this company as the others that have reported Advantage Tax. I have also found numerous complaints on the BBB website and they have received an "F" rating from the BBB. I am writing to encourage all to start a class action against them. I, too, received the "form" letter and now am in a payment plan I didn't want or agree to. The payment plan was the furthest from what I wanted to happen. However, now I'm stuck. Hopefully we can get enough and get this going and teach them to quit stealing peoples hard earned money. Thanks.
