Jc penney recently sent me a letter stating that my credit will be decreased by $100.00... Unfortunately i went online today to pay my bill and they decreased it to what i actually owe them... How can this company do something like this... There should be a law... It's not that i am late with my payment... I am not... Someone need to look into what they are doing
