I sent for the trial ONLY, but was charged for additional shipments

I stupidly ordered the free trial of luminous brites, online. I should have been alarmed when I couldn't choose to not get the insurance.

I got the free trial, the mouth trays didn't work so I did not plan to order anymore. However, within 1 week of receiving my order, I noticed another charge, which I did NOT authorize!

I am very frustrated with this company, and myself for even falling for this major scam!
