Also purchased the cure book series but refused the internet access. The credit card this was billed was destrroyed and the balance being paid off. I looked online to pay my monthly bill and it seemed that my small balance wasn't going down as quickly as I expected. Come to find out I am being charged and have been charged $9.95 per month since March of this year for a service I didn't apply for or have access to. Repeated calls on the phone to their customer service line plays wonderful music but noone EVER picks up the phone, and from what I see from other complaints it is futil if they do pick up. I will be calling my credit card company also to block this billing.
