I am writing to assert that Christopher Cole, a convicted felon and habitual thief, has made consistent attempts to degrade me (Ryan Gartland) and my image on the internet on top of attempting to steal my automobile, steal the medication of my former roommate and to defraud a former coworker of mine out of nearly $2700 in business investiture by using his fictitious 'Topher Media Auction House' to sell my friend computer equipment that never existed.
Christopher Cole has, besides attempting to steal my car, also attacked my image and makes routine attempts to degrade the image of those who have attempted to bring him to justice. I know that on the internet he has accused me of engaging in retail fraud, drug dealing, and a host of other most questionable activities. First allow me to reify that I have not, in any manner or sort, been involved in any of the accusations that assert that I am a 'stalker', drug dealer, involvement in organized crime and computer crimes, amongst others. I am being accused of the very criminal behavior that I know him to be involved in, and if you are a victim of Christopher Cole I highly suggest that you file your own complaint on here.

I have discovered through another party who is suing Christopher Cole that Christopher Cole has been previously charged with not only stealing an automobile from a rent-a-car center but also driving off without paying for gas as well as multiple counts of bank fraud and habitual overdrafts on his multiple checking accounts. Most recent he has engaged in fraud in regards to my high school friend Jason Burton and attempted to steal my car as well as steal the medication of Jason.
This passed summer this individual attempted to steal my car and the medication of my friend (who has previous business dealings with Christopher and his fictitious 'Computer Auction Warehouse', that it turned out never existed and was a fraud scheme involving the very activities that Chris accuses me of). I promptly dealt with Christoper Cole, leaving him angry and seeking revenge against both myself, my roommate Yuri and Jason (all 3 of us in some manner or another were victimized by Christopher Cole). Our retaliation against him is the reason for his posting against each of us. Following this Christopher began calling and sending death threats to our apartment in East Lansing, we even had the East Lansing Police sent to our apartment under the 'tip' to police that were was a murder taking place. The 911 center in Lansing was able to trace the call to the Muskegon area, where Chris lives (no suprise there). Any internet posting against me claiming that I am involved in organized crime, in dealing with retail fraud, that I am selling other people's medication, ect are all entirely false.

I know that my former roommate filed a report on this website against Christopher Cole after Christopher Cole sold my roommate refurbished computer components that were never delivered... And then shortly after Chris attempted to steal my car with the help of 2 of his friends who were his supposed 'warehouse aids'. In final I want to, again, assert the habitual criminal nature of Christopher Cole and assert that his attempts to rip off myself and my friends as well as destroy my image or reputation are entirely without merit. I have never been involved in any criminal activity and shall never engage in any such form of behvaior. The entirety of Christopher Cole's internet descriptions against me, my former roommate Yuri and my former coworker and friend Jason Burton are entirely fictitious and without merit.
In actuality it is Christopher Cole and his cohorts who are engaging in retail fraud (and they have been charged and convicted for this according to the background check done by Jason Burton), who are engaged in the exchange of controlled substances, such as the ones mentioned in the description, who are stalking and terrorizing people who seek restitution from this group that is engaged in internet and bank fraud, and who is posting lies about myself, my former associates and roommate who were all victimized by Christopher Cole.
It was our group who sought the background check against Christopher Cole and who aided several collections agencies in seeking criminal action against him by providing them with his current contact information. That is it. I am a victim of Christopher Cole and his fraud, attempted theft of my automobile and, most important, a victim of his lies.
