Delphi forums are moderated by Dave Cayem and Walt Howe mainly Walt Howe. They are crooks and should be prosecuted for allowing an ongoing war that has been happening at those forums for over 5 years.
It's time to end this war and put a stop to this vicious software company who also rip people off on a daily basis! Walt Howe is head of the forums moderation software accompanied by Dave Cayem. Both men have been alerted of this war uncountable times and neither one of them have taken any serious action or made any efforts to end it.
All they care about is $ out of "your" pocket. If a member is a longtime member, they can count on keeping their accounts no matter what type of crime they commit. See attached upcoming samples of their reactions to the consumer complaints.
This war consists of death threats, cyber bullying, stalking, and harassment. Many known victims have come forward to their (TOS) for help and neither Dave Cayem or Walt Howe did anything to help them, But delete the criminals posts and cyber slapped the criminals so to speak. They continued to allow the criminals to stay on as activated members for years that went by and continue to do so to many of them to this day.
Private information has been posted on those forums by certain individuals (criminals i like to call them) against others and the damage has been done. Mzinga has been contacted and I spoke with Rick Faulk. Rick is a nice guy however; he too did nothing to investigate or make any attempts to solve the problem. He would forward emails to Dave Cayem and Walt Howe which is a waste of time because neither one of them again, do nothing about it or take any further action.
You People out there really need to seriously stop and think before you purchase a membership with Delphi forums/mzinga. It is extremely hard to get your refund if any, if you are not satisfied with their service. (I know because it happened to me).
If you purchase your membership and you open a forum of your own, and you get accused of doing something wrong or you did something minorly wrong and Walt Howe catches it, he will suspend your account that you PAID for and disable your participation in your own forum or any other forum at that site. (www.delphiforums.com) You will not beable to get into your controls to cancel your account or manage your forum at all, unless you kiss his butt so to speak, you will LOSE! You will lose your money too!
They refuse to permanently ban criminals especially if they have been long time members because if they ban them, they will lose financially. Delphi forums/mzinga do not support the proper software that disables accounts if they do not use valid email addresses. They break their own TOS but expect the public to follow the rules as stated.
Even though their TOS states that no child under the age of 13 can participate, they do not support the parental control software that will disable a child from entering. You can create as many nick names as you want and get away with it. A 5 year old can easily enter. A molester/rapist/murderer can enter. They don't CARE! All they really care about is your money!
Somebody needs to stop this online war which could lead to death or suicide of one of the many victims. Having your identity stolen, or getting threatened, or being harassed or, getting stalked, or having your personal information revealed is not fun or fair to you. You can be a innocent member for a short period of time and all it takes is one physco nut to harass and attack you and you aren't protected by delphi and/or mzinga.
Pay no attention to their TOS because it is fake and not worthy! It's run by a couple guys sitting behind a computer screen all day. (Dave cayem and Walt Howe)
When asked why they continue to allow the criminals back in the forums, their responses were "we can't control people from creating new nics" We cant chase people around" etc etc... But yet they refuse to support the proper software and report the criminals to their ISP's and have them prosecuted which is why Dave Cayem and Walt Howe should be prosecuted in my own opinion.
A criminal who has posted another persons personal information at one or many of the forums is still activated and many more because they kiss up to Walt Howe and Walt Howe likes that. I lost my account for posting a ugly baby picture of one of the criminals which wasnt even a real picture and I lost my account and i refused to kiss up to him to get my account back.
I had to fight like hell to get my money back. I got it, because i had a good fight. If you don't, sorry but delphi forums has gotten you and your money! Like 1,000's of other members/victims.
Feel free to share with us your experience and what you would like done with this company delphi forums/Mzinga. Or rebuttal if you feel these statements are untrue and show your proof.
I have asked several people to come forward and I encourage them to tell others to come here and share their stories and share their experience they've had with Walt Howe and delphi forums. If I was Walt Howe, I would be very ashamed of myself IMO.
By asking the victims to come forward and share their stories, the goal is to shut this comunity based forum down and/or petition that Dave Cayem and Walt Howe be removed from the software company.
Part 2 of this statement/complaint consists of post samples that are allowed at certain forums, and responses by the moderator Walt Howe and how he handles things. One time he actually yawned at a cry for help.
We all enjoy meeting new friends and chatting with others and so on, but I'm sure you wouldn't enjoy being stalked or beaten up verbally for no reason, or harassed etc etc. And it sucks when you report it to their TOS (Walt Howe) and he basically cyber smacks the criminal and will accept an apology and then let them back in. That's why this war continues. It's the Fault of Walt Howe and the company he works for Mzinga. It's all about money! They don't care about you!
Their Plus plan they have to offer is a ripoff too especially if you don't plan on running a forum of your own. You can get most of the features being a basic member and pay nothing. But of course they encourage you to BUY their annual membership. So they can have Filet Mignon on you tonight! Make sense?
time to end the war. people need to stop fighting and walt howe needs to resign and let somebody else take over and handle the situation accordingly! He is incapable of doing it himself! Or, it is encouraged to investigate their company. If you report an issue to them, you will get mostly automated responses especially by Dave Cayem. Walt Howe just yawns at you or he just simply fails to take action or ignores you.
There is actually a forum in there that has a thread titled (F* Off and "DIE") and one of the posters whom is also an assistant of the Wizard there litterally aimed the title of that thread to another poster. When reported to Walt Howe, he did NOTHING! That thread still stands active and that poster/member is still allowed to participate at delphi forums. That is "one" of the "MANY" samples i have for you..
I have given Mr. Howe "MANY" chances to clean up the forums and act accordingly, but again he failed to cooperate. He ignored it!
Please be patient as more evidence will be posted for all to review. Good luck and stay away from delphi forums and mzinga if you don't want to get attacked or ripped off!
