Order for powerleveling was finally completed, but the description on the website was unclear. Customer service "promised" multiple times to respond with clarification, but no one was available to help me with my specific questions at that time. No one ever responded. From what I can see, IGXE has 2 main problems... Sub-par customer service and a lack of professionalism. I'm not sure I should have expected either from this type of company. Since my order was finally completed, I guess I shouldn't complain but the process will make me think twice about using IGXE in the future. I will more than likely use a different service in the future... While they have assured me the order is complete, I am not completely sure what I ordered. Because of my ignorance, I was overcharged for the service.
