I was in court on 10-08 in front of JudgeTarantino and while my Ex wife Mariane Lynda Jensen was being Questioned in court by my lawyer Mary Ellen Mc Quaid My ex was asked why she didn't call me the father of our son David to tell me was planning to move to Tennessee? Then my lawyer asked mariane you know there is a cannot move 50 miles restriction in our divorce agreement, and Mariane Jensen said I know, but I told The law guardian Miyka A Gonzalex that I was moving and she also said that she told her Attorney Todd J Zimmer she was moving, and Neither stop my ex wife from moving!
I feel Myrka Aided in my ex from illegally moving my son David across State lines against a Supreme court order. Myrka A Gonzalex Should have stopped my ex from kid napping my son by telling Mariane she cannot move until I or the courts said it was okay! My son also told Myrka A Gonzalex That my ex wife's boy friend and my ex Wife her self were abusing him!
David Jr said Myrka Stated to him you must stop saying these things or they will take your mom away and put you some place you wouldn't what to be! My son showed me some bruises' and she did nothing to prevent or stop the abuse! Myrka A Gonzalex did not do her job of looking over my son and allowed my ex to skip State lines with my son and she needs to be reported and stopped!
I will be returning to court in Part 2 In front of Honorable Judge Tarantino on 11-06-08 at 2Pm and I wish to have another law guardian represent my son David. He wants to be home and was moved without court prmission and Myrka A Gonzalex comment in my lawyers office was how would a cam camera sound? I replyed my ex kidnaped my son and my ex should return our son immediately end of storie! Again Myrka let my ex break the law and then wanted to reward her actions by letting her stay in Tennessee and the I can only see my son on camers? That is unacceptable!
