This is a total scam! I was charged for items I did not order. No one answers phone

I ordered COLOPURE on line for a trial of 1.00 plus 4.95 shipping. The next day I noticed a charge on my credit card for $45.85 not the $5.95 as per the agreement on the web page.

I called the customer service dept and the rep (male) stated that this was part of the offer on the internet and that I agreed to it. I told him there was no way that I would have agreed to pay for items that I did not want. I had read the agreement carefully and it was not in there.

I said I wanted to cancel my order and he said it was too late that I had to receive the items and then send back for a refund. I asked if I needed an authorization code? He said no.

When I got the items 2 items that I did not order were inside:
HOODIBURST gum for $9.95 (imagine gum for $10 bucks!)
HOODIWATER for $29.95 (this is a tiny bottle 1 oz of who knows what for $30 bucks)

I tried to call the number on the form to get a return authorization code. No one answers and you just get a machine over and over.

I will be contacting BBB immediately.
And I will get on the original website that I ordered from to call them for a return auth code but not sure if that will work.
