I went online to fill out a request for services because I lost my cell phone. I was told by email that my loss was considered an unexplained loss and they don't cover that on their insurance. I contacted my cell phone carrier and they told me that now I have to purchase a new phone for $300.00 in order to have another phone. I would like to see justice served to these people because I paid $50.00 for each phone and now I'm basically without a cell phone. I can't get a replacement phone because of the bogus stuff with the insurance and I can't afford to buy one right now.
