Beware of this company Sicmar International Panama and person. He is a rip off artist who hangs out in bars looking for suckers to invest in his proposed Startech Environement Plasma Converter. Startech company stock STHK is between twenty five cents and forty cents He claims every 90 days he will receive $325 million in funding from HSBC Bank. Unwelcome in Panama and the office is in process of being shut down. There is not one Startech system working anywhere near the claims he makes anywhere in the world.in fact it failed tests at Aberdeen Proving Ground and described as unsustainable
