Goldman, Warshaw & Parrella
P.C., American Express Deceptive Warwick

I Was an Employee card holder on an American express card and only a card holder! Goldman, Warshaw & Parrella has taken out a judgement against me for over $16000.00. I have spoken to American Express who agrees this is not my debt. And told me that Goldman Warshaw & Parrella should release me from this debt. They refuse to do this and told me I would have to sue them. My big problem is when Amex sold this debt they also sold all of the paperwork to prove anything and they will not release it to me. I know this is not legal. Some one please give me some advise on what to do here
