Freecreditreport Tried taking $149.95 from my savings account. I mean really, how many people pay out of their savings account!

We just opened our mail and my husband asked me about a $149.99 withdraw from our savings account. Who is Usa Credit and why are they taking from savings? I looked on our calender to the see the date they tried taking it, and We were not even home that day!!!
