This is a scam. After the service contract is over, DirecTV tells you to ship the equipment back, and then says it never arrived, even though the tracking number confirms it was delivered.
You end up with a bill for several hundred dollars because of their own inefficiency.
Be careful, since they have done this to other customers too. A quick search online turns up plenty of similar complaints.
Stay away from them. They will swindle you!
