I must be included in this class action law suit! I have i believe every single piece of correspondence from the inception "all statements" of my account at your dispose please do not leave me out, i always tell the customer service rep's that " this is not personal, but this is the worst company that i've ever had dealings with in my entire life, i'll be 50 this november they are utterly the most negligent and indescribably absent company on the planet... I'am in the process of making regular payments to pay off where as of course every payment i make looks as though i haven't made a payment at all or at the least 1/10 of what i actually paid because of their supposed fee's for this or that they manage to find something wrong with it late fee's overage fee's which are imposed, for some unforeseen reason or another this company need's to be dealt with, fast and furious.
I've tried to log into my online account today and could not i know my log on and password the website just took my to a page that had nothing to do with my account, i spoke to three acct rep's only to get the usual i'll bounce you around for an hour or two until you are too tired to bother. Everything they do is just ridiculous any other company utilizing these tactics would have long been bankrupt years ago who is protecting "captive one"???
