Why has UPS moved/changed the side of where their CA. License plates originally been.
Along with the Smaller (lighter tone) multi-digits, that be on top of the vans — in the corner.
That's a better way to ~CONCEAL~ their VIN from those on the original side that pedestrians & bicycles be at. After all & ALL THESE vans look alike.
UPS making it hard, if not impossible, for their own customers to i.D. One & for bad service. Late/damaged packages.
