Beware parents of Rebounderz Planet Fitness, Inc. Located in Longwood, FL! I am a team mom on a little league team, I have been planning the end of season party for the boys and their siblings. I have been in contact with Rebounderz for the past two months getting the names of employees I have spoken with, as well as dates.
When it came time for me to book my party the owner of Rebounderz got on the phone admitted that one of his employees that gave me the pricing and information has been fired due to giving the wrong information to his customers. He was completely unwilling take any responsibility for his employees and going a step further said "why should I take your word over my employees" (even though he was provided with the names and dates that I spoke to them).
After he accused me of lying, I told him that him and his staff have put me in a crunch by waiting til the last minute to change the times, and pricing of my party so I will go ahead and book it at the increased price and different time but would never do business with Rebounderz again. He REFUSED service to these kids who are already expecting their party at Rebounderz and hung up on me.
This company does not have their act together, I waited weeks before they would return their calls, they increased their prices at the last minute with me after confirming 3 times over several weeks with three of their employees, he takes the word of an employee that he had to fire over his customers (even though he admits he has had 3 or 4 others call with the same information), he became very hostile because I told him I did not agree with his business practice, that is when he refused service to these children, called me a liar, and hung up the phone on me.
