I ordered from television the pedi paw and shed ender. This was a deal where the shed ender would be free, but you had to pay the shipping for the "free" product to be sent, which makes it no longer free. I was erroneously sent four extra shed enders and was charged for it. Also, since I was not expecting the extra money to come out of my account, it overdrafted my bank account, costing me an additional $30.00.
I called the company, informed them of their mistake. They told me that they would refun the money for the extra pedi paws and also refund us the overdraft fee. They then told me to take the products I ordered out of the box put a return code on the box with a "return to sender" note then take it to the post office. I did all of this, but the post office would not accept the box because it had been opened, the post office informed me that I needed to get a return kit from the company.
I called Pedi Paws customer sevice, again, told them the situation and they agreed to send me a return kit. I waited and waited and no return kit has appeared to date. I called the company, again, to check on it's status. The supervisor told me that I would have to pay for the return kit. I told her that I should have already been sent one and was never informed of this before, besides, why would I pay for their mistake? She then told me that they don't give customers return kits for returning products they ordered.
I clarified that I did not order this product. They then insinuated that I was lying to them. I told them that if they document things as they have claimed they do, this should not be at issue, all the information I have told them should be in front of them. They said that the company will not allow me to return the product since there is a 30 day money back guarantee. I told them that it took more than 6 weeks to get the order, at least, and I dealt with their mistake right away.
Initially we were told that they would refund our money, no problem. Then we were told we would get a return kit, no problem. Now they are telling me that they won't accept refund me my money at all or even accept the product unless I pay for the shipment of it. Again. This is theft, against the law, and needs to be stopped!
