This company sent me a defective part, I had the replace it and when they did they said they would be charging me for another item untill the defective otem was returned, they never did take the money out, its been almost a month scince i sent the item back and it was lost. I then contacted them about my return and refund. They then noticed they never took the money, so, as i found the item and told them it was sent to another wood dash facility, and someone had signed for it there, they refuse to give me my refund of the money they unauthorized took from my bank account.
As far as im concerned they have the item, even though it is at another facility, they still wont give me my refund. Very un-satisfied!!!
