I booked a flight for a family trip - 3 tickets and i made a mistake with the return date — by 1 day. I called immediately and was shocked when i was told that i would have to pay a change fee. I tried to explain that i just did it and it was a genuine mistake and i called immediately. I waited for almost 30 minutes for a supervisor who told me the same thing. I said i would pay the difference in the flight fare if there was a difference to the new date as i expect that but apparently i would also be paying the change fee — for 3 tickets. How frustrating is that.
