Not getting payed after three weeks

I've worked for three months. The manger never said if we didnt have a drug-test we'd not find are pay-check. She got them on wedensday and didnt reveal she didnt get are checks until friday at 7:00 pm. And that i know she's employed others and so i understand she knew if we didnt take the medication we werent obtaining paid. She hasnt made in my hours. She was to much in her life and not function. I'm not returning till i find my paycheck and that i may write one of these simple every single day. Therefore money general must make it material strate. And begin paying there support.
