My aunt passed away recently. And my mom did the responsible thing and reported to all the businesses that my aunt had transactions with that she has died so to discontinue any services they may have been performing.instead the company had changed the bill from my aunt to my mom's name and address and also calling her relentlessly. This is highly unethical behaviour and to upset my mom and call for a bill she is not responsible for, is really low class. How can we get this degenerates off her back.
