For anyone considering shelling out ridiculous money for a seat-package as part of Celine Dion's "Taking Chances" tour, please don't waste your money.
Last November, I purchased a "Gold hot seat package" for my sister as a Christmas present. The concert date wasn't until September 6th of this year. The price was $500 for the package and it entitled you to:
* A Premium top tier ticket
* Exclusive Celine Dion merchandise gift item
* Collectible laminate
(My sister's seat was in the 4th row so no complaints there.)
The night of the performance, we had to go to the will-call window to pick up the ticket where they then informed her, the "Exclusive Celine Dion merchandise gift item" would be mailed in the next few weeks.
Fast forward several weeks and the item arrives in the mail. What did she get for $250? A canvas duffle bag! A total ripoff.
Celine, you should be embarrassed to take the money of devoted fans and reward them with such a ridiculous item.
