Epair guy arrived and decided the a/d was not coated because it had "dirty circles" and desired $1300 to wash and fix device. Obviously he didn't consider the system aside to determine the circles... He should be monster as he might see through the system to create this dedication. I named another organization at my cost also it was just reduced on freon.
