When we met difficulties and found ourselves behind on our home, I sought the help of Mortgage Foreclosure solutions to aid mitigation to save our home.
MFS promised to mitigate THEY LIED, they promised to save our home THEY LIED, they promised to be a government program designed to help the home owner THEY LIED, they promised that the mortgage company had to comply with this program and would be given options to choose from THEY LIED. We lost the house, MFS never did anything they promised. Our contract required we cease all contact with the mortgage company and facilitators thereof, lawyers on our case, and to cease all payment. Violation of their contract would result in, no further support and void contract. We were in constant contact with MFS, in the beginning they were good about prompt reply, and always had our information available and accurate. Then when crucial dates approached, we had a new person who knew nothing, who needed constant reminders of our case, and who began the lies.
We were lied to when we paid them $1200 to help, we were lied to when they claimed, after Sherriff sale (when they had already failed to do their job), that $4,765.03 would redeem the property. This too was a BOLD FACED LIE, I finally broke my silence and called the lawyer handling my case, there is never a redemption option after foreclosure sale in our state.
These people will continue to take every dime you give them and you will still find yourself homeless, as my family did. Our four small children, their belongings, their pets, and their security has been threatened by the false promises of Mortgage Foreclosure Solutions.
I even recommended MFS to a friend, they too, have lost their home. They were asked to give MFS more money to secure their home, the mortgage company never saw a dime of it, and foreclosed on them as well.
The first thing I did, before giving MFS a dime, was check here for a negative report. I found nothing and began to trust their program. All the employees at MFS when you speak to them on the phone win over even more trust by closing with, God bless you, I will keep you in my prayers, Everything will be okay, we promise, have a blessed day.
How dare they steal from us, and render us homeless in the name of GOD.
