American express helped get telephone no. For Performance Health

I wish to reporrt that upon investigating this above company I immediately called my American Express offer to see if any charges from the company was
filed under my credit card. They immediately found a 79.76 item, and I told them it was not requested merchandise. They have given me the phone no.
Which is not Orem, Utah but a Phoenix, AZ telephone no. I will not be billed for that amount, and American Express will file the necessary reports & I will
be getting a paper trail from American Express within 30 days or sooner. I thought I should pass this on to others.

When I called the Phoenix number Michelle answered, and they have cancelled this order she said when I ordered the freee sample, SH there was a notice if I did not respond within 10 days I would be getting another full bottle. 60 capsules. I never saw anything to that effect, & I told her I would not pay for the postage to send it back. Let them send a "will call" from UPS. This offer came on my commputer Sept 8th from a cooking show I watch on Food Network. Never again, if it does not have a telephone I no longer order from any companies.
