Paid postage for a cd to get information on how to get grants. Never received the cd but got charged $69.95 for access to a web site that they say gives information. When talking to one of the people after being left on hold for over 20 minutes she told me there was really nothing on the cd that would help, that you had to go to the web site, however when you first pull up the info, there is nothing right there stating you are going to be charged this amount, it's all very simple fill this out, pay for the postage and get the cd. Only after further looking do you find at the very bottom in very small print the information about the website, however you need a password and the website address, which we never received, so even if I had known about the website, which I didn't, I had no way of getting into it.
